Description:
These never be come available and was part of my own personal collection of monkey items. Made by Ives late 1800's is a                         metal monkey walking pull toy that use a rubber band mechanism. Similar to the one featured in the 1892 Ives, Blackeslee,                         & Williams catalog on page 38 No. 160. Differences being rear pant legs are longer and there is no tail. I inspected the                                 paints and back portion of toys and fine zero evidence that it was ever made with one.
Measurements:
5" long and 4 1/2" tall
Condition:
being 130 years old I would say overall excellent. Pull string should be longer and hence is missing metal pull ring at end,                               needs 2 rubber bands replace to make work, clothes are faded and dirty, hat on head starting to fray mainly
on top
