驅風散寒，化濕消腫，風痛骨痛，舒筋活絡，袪瘀生肌，氣血凝結，血脈不通，關節腫痛，用力過度，腰酸背痛，老年袪濕，跌打扭傷，胸肋背羽，四肢酸軟，舟車暈浪，水土不服，頭暈頭痛，頭痛發熱，心肺氣通，蚊叮蟲咬，言難盡意，靠君善用，居家旅行，必備良藥。
只適宜六歲以上小童及成人外用，皮膚敏感者勿用或遵醫指示使用。
功能：活血止痛、消腫。
用法及用量：
每日宜用藥油數滴，搽上患處三次至六次，用指尖在患處最酸痛的部分，進行適當的按摩、指壓、推拿、揉按十五至二十分鐘，力度先輕後重，以患者不感痛苦為宜；如屬嚴重者或長年舊患，隨後再用棉花沾上少許藥油，在外加熱水袋或毛巾敷上，加促血液徨，收效更佳。兒童使用本品前，應諮詢中醫師或醫生意見，使用時避免觸及眼睛及黏膜。
注意：
本品含有水楊酸甲酯（冬青油），使用本品時，請注意以下事項:
1）.孕婦、小孩及皮膚對藥物過敏者慎用，或使用前向醫師諮詢。
2）.患有感冒、水痘或發熱病的兒童避免使用含有水楊酸甲酯的產品。
3）.如對水楊酸甲酯有過敏反應者，使用本品前請諮詢中醫師或醫生意見。
4）.如使用後出現紅腫敏感，應立即停用，使用時避免觸及眼睛及黏膜，如藥油不慎入眼，請即用清水沖洗。
5）.外用良藥，勿讓小童拿取。
