Continental Airlines silverware - 3 Piece Set, KF&S - Collectibles

Description

Offered for sale is a complete set of Continental Airlines silverware. It consists of a knife, fork, and spoon. The set has the Continental Airlines "meatball" logo on the top of the handle of the fork and spoon and on one side of the handle of the knife. The pieces are used, but good condition showing some normal wear.  Some were manufactured by THC, some by ABCO and a few have no manufacturer's name.  If you want to request a specific manufacturer, please let me know before placing your order.
Continental Airlines was founded in 1934 as Varney Speed Lines. In 1937 it began operating as Continental Airlines.  It covered most of the United States and was headquartered in Houston, Texas.  On March 3rd of 2012, it ceased operations under the Continental name as it merged into United Airlines.
